Strengthening Families in Early Care and Education

The Strengthening Families initiative is a strength-based approach to preventing child abuse and neglect. Strengthening Families is a Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP) initiative that looks at the evidence to find out what factors really reduce child abuse and neglect. This training makes the connections between the factors that prevent child abuse and neglect and the strategies that quality early childhood programs can use to build them up.
